摘要
国资委成立后,广东省国有资产管理体制和经营架构进行了新一轮的改革,负责国有资产经营的广业公司的功能定位及其经营模式也随之发生了变化。本文重点研究如何顺应改革的趋势,把握发展的机遇,适应新时期国资监管体制下的国有资产经营公司深化改革与发展要求,明确企业发展方向,使广业公司战略定位与经营模式、资产配置与主营业务、组织结构与总部功能,更加适应新形势下的国有资产管理体制,实现国有资产保值增值。
With the establishment of SASAC (The Stat e-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commis-sion of the State Council), a new reform in state-owned asset mechanism and management framework took place in Guangdong province. Guangdong Guangye Assets Manage-ment Company, which is responsible for management of state -owned assets, changes its function and manage-ment mode accordingly. This article emphasizes on how to comply with the reform trend and grasp the develop-ment opportunity, then deepen the reform of state -owned assets management company, so as to adapt its de-velopment requirements under the mechanism of state -owned assets supervision and administration in a new era, as well as identify the development orientation of Guangye Company, to acclimatize its strategic orienta-tion and management mode, assets allocation and main business, organization framework and function of head-quarters to the management mechanism in the new situa-tion, thus to realize the value preservation and incre-ment of state-owned assets.
