心脏瓣膜病合并心房颤动右心耳超速延迟整流性钾通道mRNA和蛋白表达的变化
摘要
近年研究发现，心房电重构是心房颤动（房颤）的发病与维持的基础，多种离子通道基因表达调控变化及相应离子电流变化参与其中。超速延迟整流性钾通道（kv1．5）在心房中表达为IKur，在心室中不表达，在形成心房动作电位中起重要作用。
