完全性肺静脉异位引流合并重度肺动脉高压的围手术期处理——附1例报告

The treatment of patient in perioperative period with total anomalous pulmonary venous drainage and serious pulmonary hypertension

目的总结完全性肺静脉异位引流(TAPVD)合并重度肺动脉高压(PH)患者的围手术期治疗经验。方法通过术前检查肺静脉异位类型,肺动脉高压程度,判断手术适应症,从而实施围手术期治疗。结果术后恢复良好,术后复查血气血氧分压无吸氧下80mmHg,基本同正常成人。结论TAPVD合并PH患者围手术期的治疗必须有效实施,从而有效提高手术成功率。

Objective To summary the experience of the treatment of the patient in perioperative period with TAPVD and PH. Methods By examinating the type of anomalous pulmonary vein and the level of pulmonary hypertension, the operation and the treatment in perioperative period was carried out. Results The patient was fully recovered, Blood gas analysis showed PaO2 80mmHg, nearly the same as normal adult. Conclusion The treatment in perioperative should be carried out in order to improve the successful rate of the operation.
