广东省性病实验室淋球菌培养鉴定能力分析

Quality Evaluation and Proficiency Testing of Isolation and Identification of Neisseria gonorrhoear among the STIs Laboratories in Guangdong

目的分析广东省性病实验室淋球菌培养鉴定的质量。方法2004-2006年间开展性病实验室淋球菌培养鉴定室间质评活动。发放淋球菌质控样品到参评实验室,各室按照常规操作进行淋球菌培养鉴定和产β-内酰胺酶(PPNG)试验。结果3年间,共计162家实验室检测765份质评样本,培养鉴定的总体符合率为70.13%。2004年质评实验室15家、2005年60家和2006年87家,淋球菌培养鉴定的总符合率分别为63.3%、62.1%和72.7%。3年间PPNG鉴定的总体准确率87%。结论通过规范化建设的性病实验室淋球菌鉴定能力逐年提高,但个别实验室存在试剂质量,操作技能,结果报告准确性和规范性等问题,有待进一步提高。

Objective To evaluate the quality and proficiency of isolation and identification of Neisseria gonorrhoeae for quality control program among the STIs laboratories in Guangdong province. Method Samples were prepared and delivered to STIs laboratories for isolation and identification of N.gonorrhoeae. The β-lactamase-proclucing Neisseria gonorrhoeae （PPNG） detection and culturing gonococcus were performed according to standard methods. Result A total of 162 STIs laboratories in Guangdong province were enrolled and 765 samples were tested during 2004-2006. The reproducibility in all of the cultures among the laboratories evaluated was 70.13%. 15 laboratories in 2004, 60 in 2005 and 87 in 2006 were evaluated and showed 63.3%, 62.1% and 72.7% of reproducibility for isolation and identification of N.gonorrhoeae, respectively. PPNG detection showed 87% accuracy in all laboratories during these three years. Conclusion The capability of isolation and identification of N.gonorrhoeae has been enhanced by standard construction of the STIs laboratories. However, problems arose in some laboratories such as the quality of reagents, skill of culture, and validity of report.
