16层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像:毫秒相位重建法的应用

摘要 目的:探讨毫秒相位重建法在16层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像中的应用价值。方法:对18例利用常规百分比相位重建法重建冠状动脉CT图像失败或不理想的患者,使用毫秒级重建方法进行成像,探讨毫秒相位重建法应用的价值。结果:在显示冠状动脉血管节段总数上和能够达到诊断要求的血管节段的显示率方面,毫秒相位重建的方法均明显优于百分比相位重建,两者具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:毫秒重建法可用于常规百分比相位选择法重建效果达不到诊断要求情况下的一种很有效的辅助措施。 Objective:To investigate the value of the time point cardiac reconstruction in 16-slice spiral CT coronary angiography. Methods:Tile time point cardiac reconstructions were performed in eighteen patients who unsuccessfully acquired high quality images in percent style reconstruction window. Results: In the ntanber of the whole visible coronary segments and the coronary segments sufficient to the analysis, the time point cardiac reconstruction was superior to the pereent style reconstruction window. There were statistically significant differeneess ( P 〉 0.05) between the two methods. Conclusion:The time point cardiac reconstruction in millisecond is a suitable method when the percent style reconstruction window is unsatisfactory.
