新课改背景下高中英语教学中的问题与对策

Issues and Options in High School English Language Teaching in the New Curriculum Reform

调查发现，目前高中英语课改在教学、学法、评价、选课和减负等五个方面仍存在不少问题。高中英语课程改革过程中应当做好以下六个方面的工作：以课堂教学为载体，促进英语课堂教学效率的提高；以分步推进为策略，促进英语选修课程的实施；以评价改革为基点，促进学生自主能力的培养；以案例研究为载体，促进英语教师专业发展；以研训活动为平台，促进教师培训工作的改进；以整合优势为目标，提升英语学科建设的内涵。

It is indicated from the survey that there still exist some problems in the teaching, learning, evaluation, offering of elective courses and students＇ learning load in the high schools of China. Six suggestions are put forward as countermeasures, i. e. , to improve the English language instruction efficiency by focusing on classroom management, to facilitate the implementation elective courses in a step-by-step way, to promote learner-autonomy by evaluation reform, to foster teacher development by case study, to optimize teacher education and training via effective activities, and to enrich the connotation of English teaching and research construction by integrating diverse strength.
