摘要
教师培训是高中新课改得以顺利实施的支持和保证。目前各地正在开展的教师培训难以满足教师的需要。调查表明,我国教师培训观念落后是一大制约因素,应借鉴国内外工商管理、企业管理、MBA等行业的理念,确立教师培训的优先意识、专业意识、市场意识和开放意识。
Teacher training are supposed to ensure the implementation of new curriculum reform in senior high schools. But at present, it cannot meet the need of teachers. Improper teacher training rationale is viewed as one big obstacle in this paper. We should take the rationales of business administration, enterprise administration and MBA inside and outside of our country for reference so as to establish the sense of priority, specialty, market and openness in teacher training.
