社会信息化进程的加快,使得信息成为一种真正的资源和财富。然而由于诸多因素的影响,产生了信息分化,导致了信息贫富的存在,致使不同地区和范围内大众阅读发展水平的不平衡,这种不平衡的存在是制约当前我国大众阅读水平提高的一个重要因素。

With the quickening speed of the IT application, information has become a real resource and wealth. However, the polarization between the rich and poor exits caused by information disintegration, that leads to the imbalance of the reading of the broad masses between different areas and different scales. And this kind of imbalance has become an important factor to restrain the reading of the broad masses in China.
