摘要
文章对地方文献的特点和作用进行论述,着重阐述了图书馆地方文献资源保障体系中存在的问题,提出了解决途径——法制化。
This article expounds the features and functions of the local document resources, emphatically discusses the problems existing in the protection system of the local document resources in libraries, and points out that the legalization is the effective way to solve the above problems.
