摘要
利用表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)光谱,考察AMT浓度对于其在银纳米粒子上吸附取向的影响.SERS实验结果表明:AMT分子以巯基和噻重氮环上的2个硫原子作为吸附位点,浓度为10-3M时,AMT以斜立的方式吸附于银溶胶表面;浓度为10-4M时,AMT分子中噻唑环更垂直于银表面;当浓度为10-5M时,AMT分子中则以较为平躺的方式吸附于银溶胶表面.
Surface - enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) Spectroscopy was employed to examine the adsorption behavior of 2 - amino - 5 - mercapto - 1, 3, 4 - thiadiazole (AMT) at the silver colloid. Both the concentration and the time strongly affect adsorption fashion of AMT. At relatively high concentration (1.0 ×10^-3M), AMT molecules were adsorbed at the silver colloid surface in a titled orientation through two sulfur atoms of mercapto and thiadiazole ring. While at relatively low concentration ( 1.0 × 10^-4M) , AMT molecules were adsorbed via a model perperdieular to surface. At extremely low concentration ( 1.0 × 10^-5 M), AMT molecules tended to he on the the silver surface in a flat mode of ring.
