腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术7例报告

Laparoscopic inguinal herniorraphy:with a report of 7 cases

目的：探讨腹腔镜治疗腹股沟疝的手术方法及要点。方法：2007年6月至12月，我院行完全腹膜外腹腔镜下疝修补术（totally extraperitoneal prosthesis，TEP）5例，经腹腔腹膜前疝修补术（transabdominal preperitoneal prosthesis，TAPP）2例。术后随访1—6个月。结果：手术均顺利完成，手术时间60～120min，术后疼痛2～7d，无感染、血肿及其他手术并发症发生，术后5～7d出院。术后随访未见复发，工作、生活正常。结论：腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术具有并发症少、效果好、美观等优点。

Objective：To explore the experience of laparoscopic inguinal herniorraphy. Methods：From June. 2007 to Dec. 2007,5 cases of totally extraperitoneal prosthesis and 2 cases of transabdominal preperitoneal prosthesis（TAPP） were performed by laparoseopic. The follow-up ranged from 1 to 6 months. Results： All the operations were completed successfully. The operative time ranged from 60 to 120min, the pain lasted 2 to 7 days postoperatively. There was no wound infection, hematoma or other complications. The hospitalization was 5 to 7 days postoperativly. There was no recurrence during follow-up period. Conclusions：Laparoscopic herniorraphy is a safe and feasible method with less complications and cosmesis effect.
