腹腔镜经胆囊管胆道探查取石术的应用体会

The clinical application and experience of laparoscopic biliary duct exploration trans-cystic duct

目的：探讨腹腔镜经胆囊管胆道探查取石术的应用价值及临床体会。方法：回顾性分析我院应用腹腔镜、胆道镜行胆道探查取石术15例的临床资料。结果：手术均顺利完成，手术时间55～137min，术后引流2—5d，术后住院8～14d，无胆漏发生，随访2～10个月，无胆管炎、胆总管残余结石、急性胰腺炎、胆道狭窄等并发症发生。结论：经胆囊管行腹腔镜胆总管探查取石术安全可行，操作简单，无困难的镜下缝合，成功率高，值得推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the application value and experience of laparoscopic biliary duct exploration trans-cystic duct. Methods：The clinical data of 15 cases were retrospectively analyzed from Oct. 2006 to Dee. 2007. Results：All the operations were performed successfully. The operative time was 55-137min. The drainage time was 2-5d. The postoperative hospitalization time was 8-14 days. All of the patients were followed up from 2 to 10 months. There were no complications occurred. Conclusions：Laparoscopic transcystic biliary duct exploration is safe, feasible and worth generalization.
