摘要
针对煤矿综采工作面电液控制系统中液压支架多而分散、系统信息量大、调试不方便等特点,介绍了一种基于CAN总线的液压支架控制器的设计方案。通过CAN总线,服务器和液压支架控制器节点可直接进行通信,形成分布式网络,简化了系统结构,实现多液压支架的分散安装和集中控制功能。本文介绍了系统的整体结构、工作原理、液压支架控制器节点的硬件设计和CAN应用层协议以及软件通信设计。
Countering the problems existing in the electric and hydraulic control system for hydraulic powered support in coal mine , such as the condition of excessive and distributed hydraulic powered support, many information exchange, and debugging, A hydraulic powered support controller based on CAN bus is designed.Via CAN-BUS, the server and these nodes of hydraulic powered support controller can communicate with each other directly, hke a distributed network., the system structure is more concise. The function of distributed setting and concentrated control is realized in this system. The whole structure and principle of system, the hardware circuit, application layer protocol, and the software programming, were discussed in detail.
