摘要
工业加热炉大多采用自动化仪表控制,产品的质量很难达到工艺要求,合格率不高。本文提出一种新型的加热炉计算机控制系统。本系统以AT89C51单片机为核心构成,根据系统要求,设计了完善的I/O接口电路、人机接口电路和系统软件。数字控制器采用传统的PID控制,实际结果表明系统的控制品质能满足生产工艺的要求,产品的质量和合格率较原有的控制方法有了较大的提高。同时,降低了产品能耗,提高了生产效益。
The traditional heated boilers are controlled by the automation instrument, so the quality of production can hardly meet the requirement and have a low yield. We design relevant circuits and system software based on the AT89C51 microprocessor. The tradi- tional PID control is adopted for the digital controller. It is proved by the practical use that, the new system can enhance the quality of production and yields evidently, and enhance the effect by reduce the cost as weU.
