摘要
本文作者在多年从事智能控制研究和工程应用的基础上,研究出了一种新型的脱苯塔温度智能控制系统。该系统运用聚类分析建立了脱苯塔温度运行模式,给出了脱苯塔温度的智能控制规则。仿真结果表明该控制方案优于常规的控制方案。经工程应用证明该控制系统稳定、可靠,控制精度高优于常规的PID控制。
This article author in many years is engaged in the intelligent control research and in the project application foundation, studied one kind new to escape the benzene tower temperature intelligent control system. This system established using the cluster analysis escaped the benzene tower temperature movement pattern, gave escaped the benzene tower temperature the intelligent control rule. The simulation result indicated that this control plan surpasses conventional the control plan. After the project application proved that this control system is stable, is reliable, the control precision surpasses conventional high the PID control.
