基于云模型的电液伺服加载装置控制研究

摘要 电液伺服系统由于其具有非线性、时变参量多、难以精确建模等特点,采用传统控制理论并不能满足较高的控制精度。对此,本文设计出了一种基于混合维的云模型智能控制器,并将其应用于电液伺服加载装置的控制过程中。仿真结果表明,该控制器结构简单,控制性能良好,鲁棒性强,并且较常规模糊控制器具有更好的控制品质。 The electro-hydraulic servo system could be characterized as nonlinear, multi-time variable parameters, and hard to get a precised model that the control accuracy can't be achieved by applying traditional control theory. In this paper, the intelligent con- troller designed according to the variant dimension cloud model, is applied to control procedure of electro-hydraulic servo loaded e- quipment. The simulation results show that the structure of controller is simple, the control performance is well, the robust performance is strong, and the control quality is better than the conventional fuzzy controller.
