摘要
本文在双区加热法的基础上完成对核电汽轮机进口蒸汽湿度测量系统设计,并简述了双区加热法的探针结构和传感器的选型和布局。本系统是以C51单片机为核心,完成对温度、压力传感器的数据采集,经过数据处理,分析,实时监测汽轮机入口蒸汽湿度状况,实现长期在线测量。
This paper completed the design of turbine wetness measurement system based on region-heating, also described the structure of the wetness probe, the select and layout of sensors. This system based on C51 Single Chip Microcomputer,it collects temperature, pressure signal, through data processing, analyzing, thus the measurement accuracy is improved and the monitoring wetness could be last for a long time.
