下肢缩短畸形的分型治疗 603 例报告

Classification and Treatment for 603 Patients with Shortened Lower Extremities Deformity

自１９７７以来，我们对６０３例下肢缩短畸形进行了临床分型治疗。在临床上根据患者的年龄、短肢幅度、复合畸形、肌力情况和术后并发症，我们将短肢畸形分成５个类型并分别采用不同的延长治疗方案。其分型治疗的目的是为了在达到延长长度的同时减少术后并发症，也做到了一次手术同时解决多个复合畸形，缩短愈合时间，严重短肢畸形一次手术纠正。本组６０３例短肢畸形采用分型治疗方案取得了较好的疗效。

Since 1977 we have treated 603 patiens with shortened lower extremities deformity. According to their ages,extent of shortness coexisting deformities, muscular force and postoperative complications, the deformity was classified into five types, and was treated by different lengthening method. The aim was to decrease operating complication while achieving lengthening effect. We did our best to correct several deformities or serious deformity by one operation; and to shorten the bone healing time as far as possible. The results of the treatment was satisfactory.
