摘要
压电陶瓷驱动电源是压电陶瓷致动器应用中的关键部件。利用FPGA构成一个12位Delta-Sigma(Σ-Δ)D/A转换器,驱动失调电压较小的前置放大电路,通过高压运算放大器PA86输出所需要的电压。在设计阶段考虑了抗干扰和纹波的影响,因此本系统纹波抑制较高,系统稳定性好。本文详细分析了复合放大电路部分的设计原理和并对其稳定性进行了分析。该电源具有精度高,纹波小,驱动能力强,稳定性好的特点。
Power supply is the key component in piezoelectric actuator's application. In the paper, a one-order 12-bit Sigma-Delta DAC is implemented in a FPGA chip using digital technology. A preamplifier circuit with low offset voltage was used to amplify the signal of the D/A converter and the PA86 was driven by the output of preamplifier. We take anti-interference and ripple into ac- count at the design stage and the performance of ripple suppression and stability of this system is better than others. The principle and the performance of the composite amplifier are tested and analyzed in detail in this paper. The unique features of this design are high precision, low ripple, strongly driving capability and fine stabling.
