摘要
本文介绍了应力分析可靠性预计的作用与意义,应用电路仿真准确分析电路中各个器件的电应力和结温,对元器件的正确选择、电路的合理设计起到一定作用,提高了降额设计的准确性和效率,从而提高了电路的可靠性。
The function and implication of stress analysis for reliability prediction is introduced. Application of circuit simulation accurate analysis of the various circuits in the electrical device junction temperature and stress. The correct choice of components, cir- cuit design reasonable play a certain role. Derating design improved the accuracy and efficiency, thereby improving the reliability of the circuit.
