600MW火电机组给水控制系统优化设计与仿真

摘要 给水控制系统是火力发电厂非常重要的控制子系统,稳定的汽包水位是汽包锅炉安全运行的重要指标。目前使用的火电厂给水控制系统存在着各自的不足之处,往往难以满足火电机组复杂工况的要求。本文首先分析了给水控制对象运行特性,接着分析了给水控制系统存在的问题。对三冲量给水调节提出了状态前馈一反馈的优化设计方案。经过优化设计后的给水控制系统在实验室仿真调试后,运行稳定、可靠,能较好地满足在给水正常情况和异常情况下的控制要求,具有较高的实用价值。 Feedwater Control System is one of the most important subsystem in a thermal power plant. Stabilization of the drum level is one of essential parameter which indicated safe operation of the drum boiler. The effect of fullrange feed-water control system does not often be satisfied when power unit is in difficult situation because of its imperfect. This paper analyzed the character of feed-wa- ter control system, then pointed out the problem of it. A better design, the state feedforward-feedback method, is used in three-ele- ment control system. After simulation and debugging of the feed-water control system in the lab, it operates stably and reliably, and can implement the purpose of improving feed-water control both in normal and in fault. It is proved that the control system had highly practical value.
