山莨菪碱及针刺治疗海洛因依赖者的疗效观察

用山莨菪碱、针刺治疗的方法对６４例自愿戒毒的海洛因依赖者进行脱毒治疗，并对其脱毒机理进行初步探讨。治疗开始的１－３ｄ内，２．０－２．４ｍｅ／ｋｇ·ｄ的山莨菪碱加于生理盐水１０００ｍｌ内，缓慢静脉滴注，速度为１５－１８滴／ｍｉｎ；针刺百会、印堂、双侧内关及神门穴，留针１０ｍｉｎ，１／ｄ。对戒断症状中出现最多的１０个症状作为本文重点观察的疗效指标，仅以这些症状的减少或消失及患者对继续用药的愿望程度做为分析考察脱毒治疗效果的指标。结果显示，治疗的第１６，就能控制部分戒断症状；第３ｄ大部分戒断症状可得到控制，只有少数戒断症状在个别患者中存在，第４～５ｄ完全消失。山莨菪碱、针刺治疗确能迅速有效地控制海洛因依赖者的戒断症状，与文献中报告的可乐宁比较，在戒断症状的控制时间方面优于可乐宁，已具备治疗作用的时效关系特点，可作为一种脱毒治疗的方法，用于海洛因依赖者的治疗。

Abstract We used anisodamine and acupuncture to breat 64 heroin addicts who were . willing to discontinne the abuse. Anisodamine 2-2. 4 mg/kg added in the physiological saline was given to the patients by slow intravenous drip (15-18 drops/min)in the first 3 days ,and acupuncture of the points Baihui ,Yintang ,Neiguan and Shenmen was admin- istered once a day. We selected and observed 10 commonest abstinence symptoms as main indices of therapeutic effective- ness. The results showed that part of the abstinence symptoms were controlled in the first day after commencement of the treatment , and most of them were controlled in the third day and disapeared in the fourth or fifth day ,suggesthing that anisodamine and acupuncture can rapidly and effectively control the abstinence symptoms in heroin addicts. Com- pared with catapres reproted elsewhere ,anisodamine is better than the former in shorter time for controlling abstinence symptoms and free of adverse reaction and , therefore , can be used in combination of acupunoture in the treatment of heroin addiction.
