摘要
某地下停车场2层,在基坑砂石回填完成后,因连降暴雨,发生整体倾斜上浮。通过对停车场裂纹、沉降、位移等的观测,复位方案为基坑水上掏砂石,基坑水下掏砂石,板底掏砂石,降水使结构下沉复位到不能再沉,水下板底支墩注浆,等支墩强度达到设计要求后,抽干基坑水至板底以下,进行板底填充注浆,复位工作结束。
Overall tilt and floating occur in a 2-story underground parking lot due to continuous heavy rainfall after completion of sand and gravel backfilling of foundation pit. Through the observation of crack, settlement, displacement, etc in the parking lot, restoration scheme is to extract sand and gravel above and under water in the foundation pit, as well as under the base, pump water to let the structure reposition and sink down till no further, and grout underwater abutment onto the base. When abutment strength meets design requirement, the water in foundation pit is pumped completely to the level under base. Finally, grouting for filling the base is complete.
