摘要
根据国家游泳中心工程内部气枕安装的施工条件,提出了移动平台脚手架支撑体系,介绍了下部支承架体和上部移动平台的结构构成。通过对支承体系的整体建模并考虑结构的几何非线性,分析了结构整体稳定。数值分析和工程实践表明,该体系强度高,整体稳定性好。对施工场地面积较大,内部净空较大工程,该体系具有节约成本,加快施工进度的优点。
Mobile scaffold system was put forward according to the construction conditions of National Aquatic Center air-inflated cushion membrane structure. The configurations of its lower supporting system and upper platform were introduced in detail. Integral stability was analyzed by modeling the whole structure and taking into account geometric nonlinear. The result of numerical analysis and the practices of project showed that carrying capacity of scaffolding system was higher and integral stability was better. The mobile scaffold system is suitable for the project which clearance is higher. It can reduce the cost of construction and speed up the progress.
