运用经济学理论、因子分析方法,从选定的多个指标体系中提取少量具有代表性的指标,通过这些指标对新疆维吾尔自治区15个地州(市)土地利用经济效益状况进行分析;研究了各地州(市)土地利用的现状和特点,以及这些地区土地利用模式所带来的经济效益。从而探究新疆不同地区提高土地利用经济效益的对策,在此基础上提出了新疆提高土地利用经济效益的一些可行措施,以及进一步提高工业化程度、大力发展循环经济的对策。通过研究土地利用的经济效益,为确定合理的土地利用方式、结构及布局提供基础和依据,从而实现土地资源的可持续利用。充分体现出推动区域协调发展,优化国土开发格局;缩小区域发展差距;严格保护耕地,增加农业投入,促进农业科技进步,增强农业综合生产能力。
