小反刍兽疫——一种家养和野生小反刍动物的瘟疫 被引量：2

摘要 小反刍兽疫是一种急性、热性、接触性传染病,主要感染小反刍动物,具有极高的高发病率和死亡率,我国将其列为一类传染病。在非洲、中东以及南亚许多国家发生,造成巨大损失。本文对小反刍兽疫病原学、流行病学以及诊断、防治等方面进行综述。
