钕(Ⅲ)对杂交水稻线粒体影响的微量热研究

摘要 杂交水稻汕优63(F1)线粒体代谢产热曲线以及不同浓度钕(Ⅲ)(0,80,150,200,400,600μg.mL-1)的影响通过LKB-2277生物活性检测仪,采用安培瓶法,在30℃进行检测。从所得到的代谢热曲线,计算各浓度处理组以及对照组活性恢复期速率常数(K1),最大产热功率(Pm)以及总代谢热量(Q)。结果表明,低浓度钕(Ⅲ)促进线粒体代谢,而高浓度钕(Ⅲ)抑制线粒体代谢,这种影响规律和稀土元素对植物的作用相吻合。 Metabolic thermogenic curves of the mitochondria isolated from the F1 hybrid rice and the effect of different concentration Nd (Ⅲ) (0,80,150,200,400,600μg·mL^-1)on it were determined by TAM air microcalorimeter, ampoule method, at 30℃. From these thermogenic curves, activity recovery phase rate constants (K1), the maximum heat production (Pm) and the total heat production (Q) of each group were obtained. The result showed that low concentration of Nd (Ⅲ) promoted the metabolism of mitochondria while high concentration of Nd (Ⅲ) restrained it. This influential law was just similar to the effect of rare earth elements on plant growth .
