提取条件对竹节人参多糖得率的影响

Study on Extraction of the Polysaccharide in the Panax japonicus

采用单因素试验及L9(34)正交试验,以竹节人参中多糖的得率为指标,探讨了影响竹节人参多糖提取的因素,并通过单因素递变法结果校正,得到了竹节人参多糖提取的最佳工艺条件,即在沸水浴中进行提取,氢氧化钠的浓度为0.20mol·L-1、料液比(W/V)为1∶25、提取时间为45min、超声波破碎时间为2min。

By the single factor experiment and the L9（34） orthogonal experiment and using the polysaccharide rate as the index,the effects of the different factors on the polysaceharide extracts of Panax japonicus was studied. The best industrial extraction condition was boiling water with sodium hydroxide density 0.15mol·L^-1 and 25 times the amount of samples for 45 minutes after ultrasonic broken within 2 minutes.
