基于BLDCM驱动系统的变压器谐振直流连接换向器设计和仿真

摘要 无刷直流电动机(BLDCM)以其优秀的线性机械特性、调速范围宽、起动转矩大、控制电路简单等特点得到了广泛的应用。在保证所有开关工作于零电压条件下的变压器直流连接换向器的基础上,提出了设计思路、控制方案和仿真结果。 Brushless DC motor( BLDCM )has been widely applied due to its distinguished linear mechanical characteristics, wide scope of timing, bigger start torque, and simpler circuit control. A soft-switching inverter based on transformer is introduced which can generate DC link voltage notches during chopping switches commutation to guarantee all switches working in zero voltage switching condition. The operation principle and control scheme of the inverter are analyzed. The simulation results verify the theoretical analysis.
