疏血通注射液对冠心病合并糖尿病患者ET-1及sICAM-1的影响

Effect of Shuxuetong Injection on ET-1,sICAM-1,TNF-α and P-selection in Diabetes Mellitus with Coronary Artery Disease

目的观察疏血通注射液对不稳定型心绞痛合并2型糖尿病患者血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和P-选择素水平的影响,探讨疏血通注射液防治冠心病、糖尿病及其并发症的作用机制。方法选择40例不稳定型心绞痛合并2型糖尿病患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组常规西药治疗相同,治疗组加用疏血通注射液静脉输注,治疗15 d后进行疗效评估,观察血浆ET-1、sICAM-1、TNF-α和P-选择素水平的变化。结果治疗组治疗后ET-1、sICAM-1、TNF-α、可溶性P-选择素水平均明显下降,与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏血通注射液可减轻血管内皮细胞的损伤和ET-1分泌,其作用机制可能与降低细胞因子sICAM-1、TNF-α、P-选择素的水平有关。

Objective To examine the effects of Shuxuetong injection on the level of plasma ET - 1, sICAM - 1, TNF -α and P - selection in patients （pts） with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by unstable angina. Methods Forty pts with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated unstable angina were randomly divided into experiment group （treated with identical standard medications and Shuxue!ong） and control group （treated with identical standard medications）. Following treatment for 15 days, the level of plasma ET- 1, sICAM- 1, TNF -α and P - selection were evaluated. Results With treatment, the level of plasma ET - 1, sICAM - 1, TNF - α and P - selection in experiment group were lower than that in control group （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The resuls suggested that Shuxuetong could effectively decrease the damage of vascular endothelial cell and inhibit the secretion of ET - 1.
