摘要
本文通过紫外光接枝的方法,在聚乙烯膜表面引入具有抗菌功能的季铵盐聚合物,考察了紫外光接枝条件对接枝膜表面形貌与表面疏水性的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及表面接触角(CA)对接枝膜的表面性能进行表征。研究表明引入亲水性的季铵盐接枝链,接枝膜变得亲水,其中2min预接技膜亲水性最好;在接枝膜表面出现不同形状突起的形貌,接枝层的表面形貌是接枝聚合物链的聚集,而不是干燥失水收缩造成的假象。
In this paper, the antibacterial monomer, Quaternary Ammonium Salts (QAS), was introduced onto the surface of PE films by UV photografting technique. The surface of photografted films was characterized by Contact Angle (CA) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The results showed that the PE films become hydrophylic by introducing QAS onto surfce, and the film was most hydrophylie at the pregrafting time is 2min.
