摘要 转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)超家族在胚胎发育和细胞的分化中具有多方面的生理功能,调控基因十分广泛。Smads蛋白是TGF-β超家族表达细胞内重要的信号转导和调控分子。多种DNA结合蛋白可以与Smads结合,直接影响其所调控基因的差异。Smads蛋白在DNA共结合因子辅助下,招募转录激活因子或转录抑制因子调控靶基因的转录。 Transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) superfamily have versatile physiological functions in the embryonic development and cell differentiation, and can widely regulate gene expressions. Smads protein is a important molecule of signal transduction and regulation in the TGF-β superfamily expression cells. Several DNA- binding proteins can bind to Smads,which directly impact their differences of regulating gene. Smads protein is under the assistance of DNA binding factor , recruiting activating transcription factors or transcription inhibition factors to regulating transduction of target gene.
