摘要
25℃的恒温黑暗条件下,用不同浓度的GA_3,CaCl_2,H_2O_2,PEG溶液对桔梗种子进行发芽预处理。结果表明与对照处理相比,0.14~0.72 mmol·L^(-1)的GA_3均能不同程度地提高桔梗种子的发芽率、发芽指数和发芽势,10~20 mmol·L^(-1) CaCl_2、0.25%~0.5%H_2O_2对桔梗种子的发芽也有一定的促进作用,然而5%~40%PEG处理对桔梗种子的萌发具有抑制作用。证明0.14~0.72 mmol·L^(-1)的GA_3和较低浓度的CaCl_2、H_2O_2对桔梗种子的萌发具有促进作用。
On the condition of 25 ℃ and darkness, the seeds of plalycodon grandiflorum were pretreatmented by different concentrations of GA3,CaCl2,H2O2,PEG . The results indicated that compared with control, the germination rate, germination index and germination en- ergy of phdycodon grandiflorum seed were increased at a certain degree with the pretreatments of 0.14-0.72 mmol·L^-1 GA3. Pretreatments with 10-20 mmol· L^-1 CaCl2 and 0.25%-0.5% H2O2 improved germination of plalycodon grandiflorum seeds. However, the seed germination was inhibited pretreatmented with 5%-40% PEG. The results suggested that 0.14-0.72 mmol·L^-3 GA3 and lower concentration CaCl2 or H2O2 pretreatment improved the seed germination of plalycodon grandiflorum.
