摘要 从土壤中得到1株稀有放线菌,经过分析表明,该菌株为游动放线菌,并且具有产α-糖苷酶抑制剂——阿卡波糖的能力。实验结果同时表明,对样品进行风干并用CaCO3处理,同时在培养基中添加重铬酸钾等筛选方法,可以大大提高稀有放线菌的筛出率。 A rare actinomycetes was isolated from soil. The result showed that this strain was belong to Actinoplane and it has the ability of producing α-glucosidase inhibitor-acarbose, and the efficiency of isolation can be improved apparently when the soil was treated with airflow drying and CaCO3.
