柑橘废渣生产单细胞蛋白饲料研究 被引量:6

摘要 以柑橘废渣为原料生产单细胞蛋白饲料,采用Plackett-Burman实验设计法分析筛选主要影响因素,然后采用中心组合设计方法考察其交互作用对单细胞蛋白饲料的真蛋白含量的影响规律及相应的响应分析图,并预测最优化发酵条件。实验结果表明:发酵温度,接种量及尿素添加量,且影响程度为尿素>发酵温度>接种量,当发酵温度为30.1℃,接种量为14.4%,尿素添加量为1.8%时,柑橘废渣生产单细胞蛋白饲料真蛋白含量最大。该工艺有效利用了柑橘废渣,并获得了真蛋白含量较高的单细胞蛋白饲料。 Citrus waste residue was used to produce single cell protein feed. Main influencing factors were selected through Plackett-Burman design. The responsive analysis tables of the main influencing factors were evaluated by central composite design. The results showed that urea content, fermentation temperature, and inoculation were the main influencing factors. The order was Urea content 〉 fermentation temperature 〉 inoculation sorted by the influence. Ultimate protein was detected in the single cell protein feed produced under the temperature 30.1℃, urea 1.8%, and inoculation 14.4%. Single cell protein feed with high content of protein can be obtained by citrus waste residue using such technology.
