摘要 为实现对梭式窑运行异常特别是燃烧异常的故障检测和定位,研究并设计了一种基于故障树的故障诊断专家系统。首先给出梭式窑故障诊断专家系统的形式化定义,进而详细分析并设计了专家系统的各个组成部分;最后重点介绍使用故障树来设计知识库的原理与方法,以及使用故障树来进行故障诊断推理的算法。工程实践表明,该系统知识模型适应性好,使用简单方便,故障诊断结果可靠稳定。 The paper studied and designed a fault diagnosis expert system based on fault tree, in order to realize fast location and detection of exception during running of shuttle kiln, especially exception of firing. Firstly, given formalized definition of fault diagnosis expert system of shuttle kiln, furthermore this paper analyzed and designed in detail the all component elements of the expert system, finally it introduced theory and method to us when to use fault tree to design knowledge warehouse, and also the algorithm, which was used to reason the fault by way of fault tree. Practice results show that the knowledge model of this system has good suitability, and what' s more it is used simply and conveniently, also the outcome of fault diagnosis is reliable and steady.
