奥氮平对首发精神分裂症患者的疗效及认知功能影响

The efficacy and congnitive function of olanzapine in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenic patients

目的观察奥氮平对首发精神分裂症患者的疗效及认知功能的影响。方法对31例首发精神分裂症患者在奥氮平治疗前及治疗12周后,用阳性症状量表(SAPS)、阴性症状量表(SANS)、韦氏成人智力量表(WAIS-R)、韦氏记忆量表(WMS)、简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、韦斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)进行评估,并观察奥氮平对精神分裂症症状的疗效及对认知功能的影响。结果治疗后SAPS、SANS、BPRS、WCST中错误应答数的评估分值显著降低(P<0.01),且非持续性错误、WMS的再生、理解评估分值也明显降低(P<0.05)。结论奥氮平治疗精神分裂症疗效可靠并可显著改善部分患者的认知功能。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and eongnitive function of olarmapine in the treatment of first - epi- sode schizophrenic patients. Methods A total of 31 patients of first - episode schizophrenic were treated by olanzapine 12 weeks and evaluated with SAPS, SANS, WAIS - R, WMS, BPRS, WCST before and after treatment. Results After treatment the score of SAPS,SANS,BPRS,WCSTS faultanswei were reduced nobably（P 〈0. 01） ,the score of WCSTS un- durative fault, W＇MSS reactive and prehension wer reduced notably （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Olanzapine is safe and effective for schizophrenic,it can improve some patient＇ s eongnitive function notably.
