摘要
探讨了构造多属性效用函数的原理、方法,并结合房地产定价实例,探讨了运用效用函数进行房地产定价决策的必要性和可行性,及在房地产定价中效用函数的估值步骤。
Based on the example of fixing a price in real estate, the principle and the method of multi-attributes utility function is explored. The necessity and feasibility of using utility function in fixing a price is tried to explored. An example is also provided to show how to estimate the vaule of utility function.
