学科建设是高等学校发展过程中一项综合性的建设,重点是学科队伍的建设和学术水平的支撑。只有树立"以人为本"的科学理念,充分调动学科带头人、专业带头人、主干课程主讲教师、科研骨干教师以及青年骨干教师组成的学术梯队的主动性和积极性,高水平地运用人力资源,才能促进高校学科建设的健康发展。

Subject construction is a comprehensive construction during the development of univerities. It focus on the construction of subject team and the support of academic standards. Only when the scientific concept of ＂People -oriented Principle＂ is set up, academic echelon which is composed of the subject leader, the professinal leader, teachers of main courses, the backbone teachers of scientific research and youth is fully mobilized, people resouse is used in high level, it can promote unvierity healthy development in subject construction.
