摘要
塔式起重机水平吊臂双吊点的位置对塔机吊臂在工作工况的应力分布、位移均产生较大的影响。采用SUMT优化方法,吊臂简化为精架结构,结构计算采用ADINA分析软件,用拟合二次抛物线构造目标函数,求得双吊点的最优位置。
The position of double supended-point in jib of tower crane have an great effect on the distribution of stress and displacement of jib in working state. It had been adopted the method of Sequential Unconstrained Minimization Technique (SUMT),simplifing the stucture of jib to truss elements, adopting the structural alalysis softwere of ADINA to calculate structure of jib,building the objective function with imitating twice parabola,geting the best position of double supended-point.
