摘要
本文对Li2O-A12O3-SiO2(LAS)微晶玻璃的热处理制度、光学性能和热膨胀性能进行了分析,分析结果表明:应根据DTA曲线来确定最佳的成核温度范围和晶化温度范围并合理制定热处理制度;晶核密度和晶核尺寸随保温时间逐渐增加具有相反的趋势;晶粒尺寸大小将很大程度上影响微晶玻璃的光学性能;由于β-石英固溶体和β-锂辉石固溶体具有各向异性特点和螺旋链状结构,使其具有低的热膨胀系数和自由恢复形状特性。
This paper analyzed the heat treatment system,including optical and thermal expansion properties on Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2 glass-ceramic. The analysis showed that:according to DTA curve, the optimal nucleation temperature range and the optimal crystallization temperature range are determined and the heat treatment system is made teasonable;nucleation density and size have the opposite trend with gradually increasing the dwell time;the grain size would largely affect the optical properties of glass-ceramic. As β-quartz solid solution and β-spodumene solid solution had the anisotropic characteristics and the spiral chain structure so as to make them have a low coefficient of thermal expansion and freedom to make the glass-ceramic shape restoration.
