AT1R在肾间质纤维化中的表达及银杏叶片的干预作用

摘要 目的:探讨AT1R(血管紧张素Ⅱ1型受体)在肾间质纤维化发生发展中的作用及意义,并观察银杏叶片对AT1R在肾脏中表达的影响。方法:采用单侧输尿管梗阻(UUO)手术复制大鼠肾间质纤维化模型,通过免疫组织化学技术,从细胞水平及分子水平研究AT1R在UUO大鼠肾间质中的表达情况。结果:UUO2周后,与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠AT1R表达量明显增加;与模型组比较,银杏叶片治疗组与苯那普利治疗组肾间质AT1R表达量明显减少。结论:AT1R在UUO大鼠肾脏中高表达,AngⅡ与其结合后,通过多种途径参与肾间质纤维化的形成,促进纤维化病变的发展。银杏叶片有减轻肾间质纤维化程度、延缓肾间质纤维发展进程的作用。
