摘要
经济全球化促使企业间的竞争更加激烈，竞争情报已逐渐成为企业的核心竞争力之一。本文以网络环境为背景，详细阐述了竞争情报对企业的重要性；如何利用搜索引擎在网络中获取有价值的情报；合理运用搜索引擎给企业带来的效益；并提出了从人和搜索引擎两方面同步改进，以提高企业的情报搜集能力。
Economic globalization prompts more intense enterprise competition which furthermore makes competitive intelligence become one of the core competences of the enterprise. This paper gives a detailed description about the importance of competitive intelligence to a certain enterprise; how to take advantage of search engine to obtain valuable information on the network; the benefit of rational application of search engine to the enterprise; moreover puts forward a proposalprogress in both human factor and search engine-in order to improve enterprise＇ s capability in information collection.
