摘要
长期以来,建筑基础底版大体积混凝土结构的温度裂缝问题一直是影响工程质量和建筑使用功能的主要质量通病,这不仅有损工程外观,影响工程验收,而且易引起地下水渗漏,严重影响地下室的使用功能。本文设计上提出合理设缝分块、配置限裂钢筋、设置基础滑动层等新工艺;采用补偿收缩混凝土结构、加强施工管理等方面对各种温度裂缝控制措施做出具体分析,在此基础上指出各自的适用范围。
The temperature crack of structure of big cubage concrete is the mostly common flaw which affects engineering quality and construction' s function. It not only influences the building appearance, check and accept, but also causes underground water leakage easily, severity affecting the function of basement. This paper brings up some new craftworks of temperature crack controlling design, analyzes the measures concretely, and points out respective scope of application.
