企业核心竞争力是企业获取永续竞争优势的动力和基础。中国企业要想在国际竞争中立于不败之地,最有效也是最关键的一点,即提升企业的核心竞争力。以科技创新为核心,以科学制度为动力,以争创品牌为手段,以企业文化为后盾,全面提升自己的核心竞争力,才能在日趋激烈的国际市场竞争中站稳脚跟。文章企业为对象探寻如何培育企业核心竞争力。
The enterprise core competence is the foundation and motivity which drives enterparise to reach its competitive advantage. If the Chinese business enterprise wants to be succeed in the international competition, it must promote its core competencies. Core competence consists of the following elements which are technological innovation as the core, the scientific system as the motor, the brand as its weapon and the corporate culture as its framework. These elements promote core competence and serves as the platform to international success. This text takes one enterprise as a case study in exploring how to culti vate one's core competencies.
