摘要 研究等角速传动连杆机构的型式和尺度关系,可为新型等达联轴器机构的发现提供必要的理论基础.提出将“假想半联轴器机构”的概念引入等角速传动连杆机构的研究.从而直观地阐明了一般相交轴、交错轴等角速回转连杆机构的基本型式.使通常十分繁难的等角速多杆空间机构的尺度关系问题,可转化为相对简单的”假想半联轴器机构”的问题.文中还通过机构的型演化、运动链叠加等方法,给出了相交轴球面多杆等角速连杆机构和轴间距可变平行轴等角速回转平面连杆机构的几种型式.并试制了一种新型的等角速联轴器机构. Studies on structural and dimensional relationships of constant-velocity(CV) linkages will provide a requisite theoretical basis for seeking newkinds of CV couplings. This paper is different from studies of predecessors. Itdraws a new concept of 'imaginary half- coupling mechanism' into studies of CVlinkages so that the basic structure of the CV linkages with intersect or interlockaxes are described intultively and the dimensional relationship problem of the CVlinkages, which are usurally diffcult to solve, will be simplified through makingstudies for the 'imaginary half-coupling mechanism'. Moreover, the authorobtained aspherical CV linkages with intersect axes and some CV plane linkageswith variable distances between parallel axles by methods of structural evolutionand combination of chains.
