中国国际收支双顺差的成因及对策分析

Analysis for Origins and Countermeasures of Chinese International Payment Double Favorable Balance

近年来我国经济持续保持增长的良好态势,但是由于国际收支不平衡导致的中国经济内外失衡也很突出。本文从中国国际收支双顺差的现状出发,分别探讨了经常项目和资本项目顺差的原因,并在总结双顺差可能对中国造成的不利影响的基础上提出了应对双顺差所应采取的政策措施。

In recent years the economy of China continues to be in a good expanding tendency, but it also has evidences that the unbalance of Chinese economy is caused by imbalance of international payment. From the actuality of international payment double favorable balance, this paper analyzes the origins resulting in favorable balance both in current account and capital and financial account, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure proposals.
