LASIK矫治RK术后屈光回退的临床观察

摘要 目的评估用LASIK矫治放射状角膜切开(RK)术后屈光回退的效果、安全性及预测性。方法回顾性分析27例(52眼)RK术后4年以上、屈光回退的患者行LASIK术矫治的临床资料。A组13例26眼,LASIK术前平均等效球镜为-5.69±2.71D;B组14例26眼,LASIK术前平均等效球镜为-3.65±3.73D。结果所有眼LASIK术后裸眼视力均大于术前,术后1年时A组裸眼视力≥1.0者23眼(88.5%),残余近视度≤±1.0D者24眼(92.3%),平均等效球镜为-0.50±0.47D;B组裸眼视力≥1.0者23眼(88.5%),残余近视度≤±1.0D者23眼(88.5%),平均等效球镜为-0.22±0.61D。无最好矫正视力下降≥两行。随访过程中未发现角膜瓣移位、脱失、角膜混浊和层间上皮植入等并发症。结论LASIK治疗RK术后屈光回退安全、效果好、预测性强。 Objective To evaluate the safety,efficacy,and predictability of LASIK in selected post-RK eyes with residual myopia. Methods These retrospective nonconsecutive cases were divided into 2 groups which based on the treat-ment institute. In group A,26 eyes of 13 patients were performed LASIK at the eye center of the first affiliated hospital Guangxi medical university. In group B,26 eyes of 14 patients were performed LASIK at the ophthalmology department of Guangxi national hospital. Results At the last follow-up,23 eyes (88.5%) had an uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) of 1.0 or better and 24 eyes (92.3%) had a refractive error within ± 1.0D of emmetropia in group A. The mean spherical equivalent (SE) was - 0.50D ± 0.47 (SD). In group B ,23 eyes (88.5%) had an UCVA of 1.0 or better and 23 eyes (88.5%) had a refractive error within ± 1.0D of emmetropia. The mean spherical equivalent (SE) was -0.22D ±0.61 (SD). No eye lost 2 Snellen line of best corrected visual acuity (BCVA). No dislocation,loss of flap,corneal haze or epithelial ingrowths was found. Conclusions LASIK is safe, effective and predictability for reducing residual myopia in properly selected pest-RK patients.
