摘要
镇江德辉广场基坑挖至-7.2m深时,发现部分围护桩之间多处渗水、涌砂,且相邻住宅楼出现下沉,其原因是基坑围护结构外侧的深层搅拌防水层局部施工质量较差。抢险施工中先后采取了混凝土挡墙止水、围护桩外侧进行压密注浆和轻型井点降水等措施,快速、简便、经济地解决了基坑渗水、涌砂问题。
Soon as the foundation pit of the Zhenjiang Dehui Square project had been dug down to -7.2m, there were numerous sections of its shoring piles found with water leaking, sand gushing and eventually neighbor building's settling.These facts had been mainly caused by the poor quality construc- tion of waterproof layer of its shoring piles.Therefore, emergency measures were carried out step by step as follows namely: (1)apt Waterproofing procedures for slurry-wall, (2)compressed densified grouting for shoring pile and (3) light well-point dewatering method.All these had been proved of rapidity, easiness and effect in preventing water leaking and sand gushing of shoring piles.
