摘要
某综合楼投入使用后,由于桩基承载力不足,造成墙体及混凝土梁板出现裂缝。而桩基质量事故与设计、施工及建设单位等多方面因素有关。针对实际情况,采用桩基托换补强,截桩迫降法纠偏、浇筑新承台等措施进行处理,取得良好效果。
As soon as the operation of a comprehensive building started and due to the incapability of its pile foundation's bearing capacity,there were cracks occured in its wall bodies,concrete slabs and beams.There were many factors: such as poor design, poor construction and inadequate building units et al.had caused all these cracks.According to these cracks actual conditions,these were treatment measures namely;(1)strengthening method of pile foundation underpinning,(2)rectifying deviation method of cutback pile and (3)method of newly built foundation platform et al.all these measures are proved effective with good results
